Paul burglary suspects read obituaries to target empty homes

Colleen Beard's family was grieving her death when they were struck by another loss the St. Paul home where she raised her children was burglarized, targeted by two men based on a newspaper death notice, say charges filed Friday, Oct. 5.

Clinical Lab Requirements
